Refund policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Returned items are shipped at the buyer’s expense unless it is a faulty or damaged product.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email hello@nzscratchmaps.co.nz with the following information:
- Your name, return address, phone number and order number.
- The products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
- The reason for return.
- We will do our best to respond within 1 business day of your email.
Once we have accepted your return, a refund, credit, or exchange will be processed once we receive the map back, or on evidence of shipment.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@nzscratchmaps.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
